Our Story

Globetronics was started off by 2 ambitious entrepreneurs back in 1991 in a humble 20,000 square feet rented facility. The initial paid up capital of the company back then was RM 3 million and its start up business was providing burn in services to a multinational company. Today, Globetronics has grown to become a company listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with eight subsidiaries and one associated company with a paid up capital of more than RM170 million and manufacturing facilities in multiple sites across Malaysia.

GTB values good communications with its shareholders and investors. Its commitment, both in principle and practice, is to maximise transparency consistent with good governance but except where commercial confidentiality dictates otherwise.
